Tonight's episode of Black Clover, "Crazy Magic Battle," on Toonami had a "flashing lights that might trigger photosensitive epilepsy" warning from the network. I've never seen one on TV before.

I was surprised and pleased that the other day I walked a mile--with some uphills, steep-ish downhills, and occasional stops for traffic lights or to catch a Pokémon or swing a Pokéstop--in 20 minutes. For some fitness test in my senior year of high school, I ran a mile in 11 minutes, and that was a flat surface all the way. I know it helps that my recent mile had destinations instead of doing loops on a track and that I had music playing in my earphones the whole way, but this is not bad for a 46-year-old disabled person.
But then there are the days when I can barely get out of bed....
