I also do bzzagent.com, which doesn't pay you cash, but they send you products to look at and talk about, and you get to keep those. And if you report what you talk about, you get points that you can use to get giftcards for various online stores and offline shops. Same with smile.ly.

If you're good at data entry or you know how to translate English to German/French/Chinese/etc, there's Amazon Mechanical Turk @ mturk.com, and Cloud Crowd @ cloudcrowd.com/. I'd recc cloud crowd over mturk simply because they pay a lot more than mturk, and they pay daily to paypal as opposed to having to go through amazon's weird bank processor. Like Cloud Crowd pays 3.00 to edit a Word Document to Mturk's .50.
There's also keyforcash, but you have to go through some AMAZINGLY difficult typing tests to get accepted there.
