The final chapter of Saiyuki Reload is... wow. That was definitely satisfying.

Im thinking that Sanzo took out one eye and Nii pulled a Gonou and ripped his other eye out.And then squished it. At least thats what it looks like.

It's possible! I thought he was just reaching toward the moon and "squishing" it as part of the ongoing metaphor of Koumyou as the moon to his darkness.
