Movie Review: Memoirs of a Geisha
So I went and saw Memoirs of a Geisha tonight...
I must say, it was a good flick...I'm always a fan of movies dealing with Far Eastern culture. The plot kinda comes across as an estrogen-tinted samurai flick, but it was executed fairly well...despite some kinda contrived plot elements...I don't wanna spoil it for anyone that hasn't seen (or plans to see) the movie...but I'll give it 3.5 out of 5 stars...
warning though...it is largely a "chick flick" so fellas...I wouldn't advise you to see this without some female companionship by your side...
