Our enemies cursed us as we bound them where they could do no further harm to our world, inflicting us with the hunger for blood...and somehow made it so that we could not have children, not even by humans. But their true victory was our immortality. God turned his sight from us, and many took their lives. It was...a dark time.

But we did find a way... I was able to pass the curse onto a human. A friend of mine. ...there is still not a day that goes by that I do not feel guilt for what I did to him.

I am afraid I am unfamiliar with that term. I serve God in His capacity as the Wheel of Fate.
