People are asking me why I haven't put something up about Iran yet. I've been concentrating on Twitter (check the #IranElection tag) and Facebook, but I need to get LJ, too.

I wandered over to twitter and skimmed through some of the tweets on #IranElection. I still find it really bizarre that technology has gotten to the point where you can find a constant stream (or raging river in this case) of chatter on a topic.

I don't know enough about global (or local) politics to really be of any help. Actually I'm afraid I'd be more of a hindrance than anything. But the thing I *can* do is change my location to Tehran to help confuse the censors.
