this totally merits an update
I am writing serious fic for the first time in the Impersonal Supreme Being knows how long! I managed to get down more than 2,300 words for springtime_gen! Of course, I fear it is a meandering mess at the moment, but I am writing again, and it is fun.
The lesson to be drawn from all this: lack of coursework = FTMFW, as far as the Muse is concerned!
