I am teaching myself to cook. For those of you who know about my deep aversion to anything done in the kitchen, with an exception for eating, this is BIG news.

Anyways, I am making orange glazed carrots and simple coq au vin. I am pretty impressed with the results so far, the smell is about to have me gnawing my arm off, I just hope it tastes as good as it smells and looks.

I also used a curling iron today. There is a pretty ringlet curl on the side of my face. Go me, getting all domestic and pretty. Spare time rocks.
