4 straight days of screaming.
So today was the semi-finals for the Kpop Talent Show. It was awesome although I seriously thought the crowd lacked spirit - or maybe it's the Singaporean spirit - sit down and clap. *rolls eyes*
Pity the venue, Vivo Amphitheatre, doesn't allow us to dance much (We blocked tons of ppl if we did. Trust me, if stares could kill, I'd keel several times over. Nevertheless, it was fun, especially with the great company again - Mus and Tin, of course.
And I swear the camera people just LOVE us a lot. XD Seriously, I lost count how many times we were on-screen. To the point that after the show, let's just say that this couple actually recognised us and kept saying, "We saw you so many times on the big screen!"
XD It was awesome sitting in front of BBSG. I hope they can somehow pass the pictures! Heck, I want all the pictures that have me in them - I can't help but be narcistic. :P
The show was alright although the acts barely changed their tunes. When they did...let's just say they sucked. Especially one group who sang SJM's Me. It was a pity - if they HAD stuck to their audition song, they'd have done better.
Most of my favourites got through into the finals so yay! Another great excuse to go and support them! <3 BERNIE! Chun...erm...the Singapore WG and BBSG. When they announced the latter, I think we brought the house down as a whole. I hope that the SWG sings Nobody or Tell Me or So Hot tomorrow for the finals. If it's Irony again...boring ah. We definitely made a lot of new friends from Bernie's Mum (We're getting Bernie sticks tmr!) to Jarell and her partner and others. Hehe. Bernie recognises Tin and I. How awesome is that? I cannot believe I'm fanboying over local acts. Rofl. Also, we made the discovery that most of the acts that got through were ALL singing groups. I just hope tomorrow more than 2 acts (BBSG & SWG) perform dance songs; otherwise I think my arms will hurt.
Of course, amidst all the good news, the bad news is that FEO did not give out as many tickets as mentioned so Tin and I are ticketless again.We'll try our luck on Tues - if not, just spend lah. I just hope it's not expensive shit since bidding wars have escalated to...well, let's just say it's ridiculous. Once in a lifetime man so worse comes to worse, just gotta fork it out BUT if anyone has 2 extra tickets just lying around, tell me? (Dream on right?)
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MTV, LET ME WIN THE TICKETS PLEASE. Oops - I need to stop being so despo. Lol. Ninja baby Ninja!
I'll post about the Finals tomorrow or Monday, hopefully. For now, I need sleep. Plenty of fluids and sleep.
Oh and enough talking, I'll just post some random pictures and 2 videos). Don't laugh man when you see me because I REALLY REALLY needed to get the dance out of my system so I danced on the empty stage in front of a nearly empty place. Wahaha. Thank god it was dark because I need to practise the dance more often.
And the night's never complete without stalking BERNIE! XD
