Cyndi Lauper was awesome. still so hot, energetic and very funny and cute. her voice was amazing. she sang change of heart and i got excited because i love dancing in my room to that song like the big dork i am. Jill Sobule was the opening act and she was so cute and feministical. haha. all alone with her little guitar singing it's getting hot in here. she's been around for awhile, she's the one that sings that early 90's song i kissed a girl. she was real funny and said it was about kathy lee gifford, she also sung a song about her. she said the word cunt which made her about 10 times cooler, especially in the context. i bought 4 of her cds to see what she's all about. here i posted lyrics to one of her songs.

p.s. i ran into my old hairdresser who left and i never found out where she started working, so it was awesome to see her again, we hung out all night. she's this really short new yorker with funky hair and platforms, she's probably about 50 and she does remind me of Cyndi. her nose ring is so cute. i love mary! i can't wait til she does my hair again since now i know where she works! when i first met her she had orange hair.
