it was an intersection and he was on the right lane across from me, i turned left and he kept going straight when he was supposed to go right. i didn't see him coming until i hit him, he was coming straight on so he should have seen me. fucking asshole didn't stop. i still got a ticket 118.50 and have to go to driving school because it was his "right-of-way". of course it was my word against his so i couldn't back up the FACT that the bitch went straight in when it was a right turn.
if his wife was REALLY injured we could get sued. my insurance is going to go up and i can't afford shit.
anyways, i want to thank cheryl and zach for being there for me <3 (and her parents, and her fiancee and my daddy!).
