Near as I can tell, this is the first time someone has written in any kind of emotional depth about Junsu losing his voice at puberty. As such, Jae is a brutal but totally loving HERO for treating him in the shocking manner you've depicted. And for necessary reasons: as we all know, Junsu comes back years later so MUCH more magnificent than ever. Witness the live youtube "Beautiful Thing" (which I've witnessed so many times and still cry watching it). I have no criticism here. Only praise.

Thank you for reading = )

I doubt I'm the first to write about it, but I'm glad that you like my interpretation of events. Generally, fandom tends to assume that Junsu lost his voice and then regained it, no doubt or uncertainty involved at all; I'm rather cynical about that point of view, considering that I grew up pretty much tone-deaf in a very musical environment. I'm amazed at their growth (all five of them) even when they're confronted with setbacks.

Thank you for reading, I'm glad you liked it. ^^

...This is so sad. But it's so good. Written so well, and it doesn't matter what sorts of words you use as long as it makes sense.

A good author can use any word they want and have it make sense to everybody else. You did an excellent job.

*Hugs Junsu and then hugs you* - I liked it.

Ah, thank you for saying so; this was a bit more flowery of a style than I usually prefer, so I'm glad you think it worked out well. I'm glad that it made sense to you. ( =
