But enough about that.

I've got a full month this April. Not only am I going so see friends out of town next weekend, but the weekend after that, I'm going to learn how to ride a motorcycle, and the weekend after that I'll be attending and helping out with the karate tournament. This is all well and good, but every one of these events come about on days when I would normally be working the night shift. So I've got to screw with the divine Ms. F's schedule too. Why can't it just frig with the front desk? Screw the front desk! Srsly.

Clearly I'm at another downswing mood-wise. Hopefully my weekend adventures will give me a boost. Still there's so many things I have to do that I haven't done a damn thing. I've got some crafty-type projects that I've been sitting on, but maybe as the deadline approaches I'll pick them up a bit more. Likewise my schoolwork. I absolutely cannot put off my week 6 project until weekend of week 6, as I will be scheduled to the max that weekend. Boo. It's probably a bad sign when I start figuring out how many points I can afford to lose without sacrificing my GPA. I'm a little disturbed by how un-engaged I am with my Contemporary Literature class. I'm skating through it with as little effort as I do with my computer classes. The only real difference is that I do most of the readings in a more timely manner.

Oh well.

I've been through the downturn before, it always comes back around to a bearable level. A couple of weekends with a solid adrenaline rush should help. Wall-climbing is fun, but it is awfully safe.

So that's it for now. Also, I take back every mean thing I ever said about iPods. I luff mine. I have cat macros in my pictures folder. *is geek*

work, complaints, unmotivated, who knows
