(no subject)
Gah, I'm so fed up with school right now.
Maybe fed up isn't the right term; I'm violently apathetic about my classes, the degree I'm pursuing is seeming more and more stupid and useless, and I can't bring myself to give a damn about actually doing my homework. I'm still getting an A, but if I'm not a little more diligent, I'll lose my coveted 4.0, and that would suck. Not because I feel the need for perfection, but I understand something about myself.
If I let one thing slide, I'll let others slide. If less than 4.0 is okay on crap that's this easy and mindless, then why frelling bother? It's not that other things are taking my attention away from school, it's that school isn't challenging or interesting enough to care about in the slightest. The ridiculous (to me) cost of tuition isn't helping. I have a final every eight weeks which is good for my shite attention span, but bad in other ways.
So I'm going to be a bit more positive; I get two weeks between the godforsaken routing class and the apparently even duller and more godforsaken switching class to explore changing my degree at the least, or transferring my credits and going to a different online school and learn stuff that doesn't make me want to pull my brains out. Like plumbing or aluminum siding; are they still teaching gun repair through the mail?

In other news, I either need a haircut or more patience, as I'd like to look less like Harry Potter. I'm also intending to upload some Tenchi Muyo episodes to share with anyone interested and fellow Milliways muns, and I'm torn between subs and dubs. Normally I would say subs without hesitation, but I find the dub of the OAV to be quite good, as dubs go, and it's what I'm most familiar with. Any opinions?
