(no subject)
hello livejournal land! I have been happily enjoying my spring break! i needed it so badly. i think if spring break didn't exist i would end up pulling my hair out by the end of the semester. i've been doing a lot better in any of my classes than i expected, which is awesome... i feel accomplished. (((side note: this guy playing at the coffee shop sucks and i kinda wish he would stop playing... it's hurting my ears)))
anyway.. i was considering switching my major, but i don't really know if i am going to do that anymore. the classics major sounds great in theory, but it is a world languages major, meaning that it's about reading and translation, and i am more interested in the history of the period. So, I dunno. But i need to figure it out because registration starts soon. That said... there are classes that i really want to take next semester in the anthropology department, so i think i will end up taking them. arghh... one year left... i can almost smell the end! hahaha. it will be wonderful to be able to breathe a sigh of relief when its all done. i feel like school/work has been my life.. for years now... and even though i have gotten to take a much needed break this week i have still had to have the lingering thought of my tests next week on my mind....
ugh, i need to learn how to write about other things... but i always feel like my so-called real life is boring :P i go to school and i go to work, and sometimes me and the roomies do something like sit around and talk, but we're all generally busy. dave is usually around, doing the millions of things he does. he's a barista now, i think it's pretty cute. Dave the Barista. I <3 my boy.
i wish this guy would stop playing and/or go home.
