I keep on forgetting that the library is even an option! The town I grew up in had such a small one, that there was barely anything in it, otl. Instead, I tend to go to Half-Priced Books and the "Used" options at Amazon too often.

Lol, I have the same problem! Unfortunately the public library here still isn't great for new genre fiction, so it doesn't matter too much, I guess.

Agreed. I just don't know if it would look good on me/I don't want to have to bleach my very very dark brown hair. I mean, I wouldn't want brilliant Rydia hair, but more subtle, like this. So if I didn't bleach it, it would probably work out okayish, just not last very long, I guess?

...Oh wait. Nevermind. I want this. No worries about root maintenance, and if you don't like the way the color fades, you just lose a few inches off the ends. Perfect. <3

You'll definitely have to bleach the part you want green :) it won't show up otherwise :/ if you hate it, just cut it off!! You know, if you just do the ends like that, it'll be ok to bleach :) DO IT!!!

Although if you just want a temporary green tint. You can use manic panic!!! It's temporary and if you don't Like it, wash it out!

You're still going to have to bleach your hair, but at least you won't have to worry too much about hair damage. That hairstyle really looks awesome, though! (The problem with very very dark brown hair is that you're going to have to bleach it for just about every colour except maybe red. Which is why I've never coloured my hair.)

Yeah, I used to have brilliant cherry red highlights that I didn't have to bleach for. Just had to leave them in for ages and ages.

I think I'll just bleach the ends and then maybe dye my whole head green, so I should get brilliant green tips and a dark green tint to the rest. *is excited*

Because I realized that if I want crazy hair, I pretty much only have a year to do it in, before I try to get a job as a graduate assistant. And somehow I don't think the university would look kindly on green hair. xD;
