Days 3-5

I know its been a while since i write and update on my workout, but i've just been caught up with work. Well i know is the 9th of FEB, and i should be on my 8th day, but like I said earlier I had to postpone 2 days since my work schedule was tragic. Im back on schedule now and I am able to finish the full 30 mins! Im kicking ass and loving it. My body has adjusted but I know it can kick it up a bit more. For recent changes, my energy level is getting there, im able to wake up in the morning quicker for work, thats one thing i've noticed. Im going to be weighing myself on Monday of next week to see where im at, and i will keep you guys posted! Till next time!
