Well... obviously, they aren't exactly human. On occasion, they're quite hostile. Normally, as they are now, they're peaceful. However, the leaders of the town are quite different from them, and it's quite easy to tell.

Well, they'll usually just wave and attempt to be hospitable, unless there's an event going on. Their actions are different in that case.
