just a hit and miss
I forgot to mention yesterday I went to the Art Museum with my father and brother. It was fun!
Well, I have not received a call from Oncology and I was getting pretty nervous. The application was due Friday and they set up interviews this week. So I was getting really anxious. Did I put the right telephone number on it? Did Dad turn it in?
Good news. I did. He did. Because I interviewed just a few months ago, they don't have to interview me again. I'm glad. I don't much care for interviews.
I worked with Chris tonight. Once again I was on register and dining room. However, I did squeeze in some time on the line and that made time go by much faster. Pfft. Here is a moment I had with Chris.
I'm working on the line, making a quesadilla.
Chris : 'I paid attention today. You are a good worker.'
Me : 'Thank you.'
Then he went on to speak of how day crew didn't do 'shit' (His word not mine.)
Which I agree day shift is annoying with their lack of doing. But anyway. Then he mentioned how the only people at work that dislike him are female. I was just like 'That's a woman for ya.' I mean, what else is there to say? lol.
But seriously, thanks for paying attention today. I appreciate it and the compliment. And I know I'm a good worker. But thank you.
