Please do not insinuate that I do not love Kelly. For to do so is bullcrap!
I'm not sure how long you have been living but love does not mean that you always agree with what a person does, says, etc. It means you love them and support them no matter what. I do not agree with her choice of David Thomson and I do not like that she is pregnant with his child. The reason I don’t like it is simply because I do not like him. (Life lesson for those who haven’t learned it : Your friends don’t always like who you choose to be with. However, if they are good friends, they will still love you.)
As previously stated, I do not like that Kelly is with him or pregnant. But I love her. I support her, I defend her although I do not understand why she’s chosen these things. She is and always will be one of my favorite people / favorite actress. I would do anything for her, take any bullet for her because that’s what love is.
Love also holds you responsible to say things that she needs to here. True love/ friendship is being able to tell a person what you think and why you think it. I’m not going to proclaim that this marriage and pregnancy is great and I couldn’t be happier when it’s not great and I could be happier. Because that would be lying and a load of crap is not what she would need to read if she ever came on the forum. I refuse to censor my feelings and thoughts because I think she would hate me if she heard or read them. I would give up my friendship with her as long as she really heard me one time speak what I believe to be truth.
I am aware that I don’t know David and have no right to judge/label him. I admit that technically I have judged him but I can only know what I read about him which I once again admit is not necessarily a reliable source of information. However, if it can be proven that he is a good guy and I’ve got him all wrong, I will put away my harsh feelings and welcome him. But until that happens, I can’t afford to let my guard down and give him the benefit of the doubt. It is not in my personality to do that. I can’t trust him from the beginning; he needs to prove that he deserves Kelly before he can get my blessings. Kelly deserves the best and nothing short of that. I want that for her because I love her.
So, once again, don’t say I don’t love her because it could not be further from the truth.
