Anyhoo, Ben Affleck won best actor at the Venice Film Festival for his role in Allen Coulter's "Hollywoodland," which also stars Oscar winner Adrien Brody, and dramatizes an investigation into the death of George Reeves, real-life celebrity and star of the 1950s TV show "Adventures of Superman." So I guess this proves he really is a good actor? Buzz is, Adrien Brody's the real star of this show. Oh well. Ben'll always be that one dude from the Kevin Smith movies anyway.
