I hope, I hope, I hope
I may have just been saved. My former boss from the chemistry stockroom needs an assistant at his new work. He called me today to tell me this. I am really excited about this chance. I'd get to work with Dan again, which would be absolutely amazing, plus it would be $14 an hour instead of the 7.75 I am making at the library. Also if I get the job, I will be getting industrial experience which will help with future jobs, and science grad school. I so hope I get this, it'll make the rest of my past job search failing a good thing. I am not banking on it though, I will still apply for other places just in case. If this falls though, I hope the planetarium might hire me; it would be the next best thing.
