(no subject)
Hey,
nothing too new, just have about a half an hour before I get off work. I am glad that my boss form the library is giving me something to do every day I work over the summer. I get to shift all of the books in the stacks so that way I am not trying to cram books onto shelves that have no room for them. I don't think they have been shifted in a very long time and we are always transferring books from the "new book" section to the stacks; just to mess up the order in the back. It gives me something to do for an hour every shift, and once a week I shelve...it is sad that I think this is just absolutely awesome.
This weekend is going to be busy. I have a retirement dinner to go to for my mum on Friday. I am going to the spa with Mari and Kali on Saturday, and then on Sunday I am fixing shepherd pie and if I have time a vanilla custard with fruit on top for dinner. It will be the last dinner with my brother and his girlfriend for a while because they are going on a trip to Minnesota to see my brother's girlfriend's relatives.
This summer isn't turning out the way I was hoping it would in April.
