Due to a new job we have to move our of our house before the lease is up.
The house about 900 square feet: 2bdrms, 1 bath, living room, spacious kitchen/dining room. It's 10 minute walk to most buildings on the university and 10 minute walk to downtown Bloomington. The house is located on the edge of campus and the backyard connects to a large park. Carport/storage shed in back. Pet friendly (with monthly pet fee of $10). Tons of storage space, huge windows with lots of sunlight. Gas heat, electric otherwise. Tenant pays for water and purchases trash tags.
At least 1 tenant must be a graduate student or staff/faculty at IU. The realtors for the property are IU Realty and so renters must be affiliated with IU.
Washer/dryer hookups. We have a washer and dryer that we are looking to sell for $200. If you'd like to purchase them we will leave them here.
Move in date will likely be Jan 1st, but we'll be willing to negotiate (and other for details).
Siding isn't in great shape but will be replaced within the year. This house is currently open for rent for next year, so if you move in for the Spring semester you'd be able to rent for the following year as well.
