HE SHOOTS... HE SCORES!!!!
Tonight was the best game I've ever seen the Penguins play. O.k. yeah so they won... big deal. NOT!!! 1) they won a game which they haven't done for quite some time. 2) They won against the Devils, something they don't do that often. grant it yes Marty wasn't in goal, but that's besides the point. and 3) The won 6 - 2... real big difference from what they've been doing. They had speed and knowledge of who was where. Now yeah they did make some bad passes, but they kept the Devils on their toes and Mr. Fleury was at his best. 44 out of 46 saves. I was greatly amazed and happy. It felt so good to win. LOL yes I consider myself part of the team like any other die hard fan. I just don't play unfortunatly. Not that they'd let a girl play on an NHL team. Besides even if I knew how to play, I couldn't because I have a condition with my heart or lungs, not sure which... so sitting on the sidelines... wait that's football... damn Steeler fans... NM... sitting in the seats at the arena cheering them on is good enough. And no I'm not a cheerleader. Cheerleaders don't belong in Hockey and most of them are good looking, but seem like they could be a couple of snobs. Then again I don't know them and I try not to judge. LOL just shoot me if I ever try to become one. Any who, Crosby and Survoy (I think that's how it's spelt) almost had hat tricks, but I know almost doesn't count. LOL but I think that Gonchar had a hat trick as far as penalties go. If I remember correctly he had a penalty in every period. But we still won. So all is good and I know that Steve, Chris and I will be sleeping well tonight. Later Days.
