Most Beautiful Night!
Tonight is one of those nights that seems like a beautiful dream... a shockingly bright full moon on a hot,
caribbean island night, AND there was a lunar eclipse which made it look even more bizarre and cool.
The only sounds are of the fountains, the tokay geckos calling to each other, the crickets, and all of the other chatterings of the crazy critters whom have taken up residence in the backyard garden paradise Mike has created. It's seriously a living, breathing work of art out there.
There is a frog in the front that lives in the bright blue birdhouse... he's been there for months, it's so cute. I'm about to make him a 'home sweet home' sign :-).
Tonight, I just feel happy to be alive.
Now for an hour nap, then time to get dolled up, have a few Corona's with fresh key limes from the trees out back, and then going out. There's a music video being filmed on Duval Street tonight, so it's gonna be crazy out there!
Hopefully I'll get some decent photos before I get too drunk to remember I brought my camera. ;-)
