Alive and well
So it's only been like 7 months since I posted last. I never get on this anymore but for some reason today I was compelled to open up LiveJournal again. Welcome back, myself. :)
John and I passed our two year anniversary and are now engaged. Haha just kidding, I wish. I moved into my aparment September 10th with high school friend Bonnie Young. It was funny how it happened, she works at Express and I went in one night to pay off my Express credit card bill and we started talking and we've lived together since. Her boyfriend David is like my third roommate and I don't mind because he's awesome. I'm happy for them. They just got engaged back in January.
Tonight is "Graphic Attack" which the graphic design club (which i am a member of) is hosting at UNF and it's a show where us GD-ers can display some work. I'm supposed to be showing two pieces and I'm just now printing them and I stil have to mount them.. lol. I was supposed to turn them in on Monday I think. Haha it's a good thing I'm buddy buddy with all the officers. It's just a small club really. Just something to put on my resume. I wish I got more into extra ciricular activities since I've been in high school.. but all I do is work. And I really don't even like doing that a lot. I don't have the motivation to work nearly as much as I used to. Oh yeah, since I moved I've transferred Longhorn's, now I'm on Southside.
I just read this really awesome book. It's called, "The Bachlorette Party." I'm trying to get back into reading on my leisure and I picked up this book at Target and I loved it. It's a really raunchy hillarious novel about this middle aged lady who's boyfriend became a soap opera star and ended up not showing up for their wedding. Then it goes into her cousin Helen marrying her best friend. It's just too funny you really need to pick it up. I think I have wedding fever.. no I know I have wedding fever. So many people engaged and I'm patiently waiting my turn. I'm not in such a rush to have the wedding, I just want to have fun planning it. I'm now reading, "Something Borrowed," a series that's "Something Borrowed" "Something Blue" "Something New" stuff like that. I just started it today so I'll let you know if it's good.
