[About 19 days left till John gets back in the states and only 27 days till I see him in Washington!

I'm w/o my special countdown at my house near my computer so i improvised and looked at my planner instead, i hope I countd right, lol. I know I say this like every single post but i can't believe how time is getting shorter :)
So the stressful events have started!!! This week: (only for school, not even including work)
Thursday: 4-7 page paper due for Ethics
-Extra credit due for Ethics
-Since I'm not going to be at school all Thanksgiving week, two short page papers are due for ethics
-Also since I'm not going to be there, my Art History Survey 1 has a 3 page huge paper outline w/ min of 15 sources found due electronically next Tuesday..so I have to do that early before I leave for Orlando
-Astronomy min 3 page paper due with Constellation project due

And the week after that I have a Computer imaging project due, but I'm not so much worried about that because I have that planned out, which I'm doing on "Support Our Troops" will be fun :)

Then I have to have a weeks worth of clothes packed so I can leave to drive to Orlando on Sunday afternoon.
Oh yeah, and on Friday at 10 AM I'm signing up for Spring classes.
Hmmm but that's pretty much just school alone.

Thanksgiving week is going to be stressful enough because of the national pageant I work at every year that my grandparents/uncle directs. Then after that is my dad's birthday, school finals, John gets back, I visit Washington state to see him (eee!!! :) ) then I come back, go to Busch Gardens, Stephanie's birthday, buy Christmas gifts, work as much as I can before Christmas, then actual Christmas day, then leave for Michigan, New Years, come home on Jan 4th, and then school starts all over again!!! And after that Kandis is getting married which I'm a bridesmaid for!!! Phew!! :)

So this is just the beginning... bring it on! :)
Hmm lets see what else is happening... I'm excited to hear news than Shannon has shared with me!!!! :) Makes me feel great :)

Last Sunday I could only go to Sunday school because I had to freaking work at 11:30 so I missed service. Well, I really wish I had been able to go because last Friday was Vetran's Day and Ginger told me all about the service. She said our pastor Dave asked anyone that knew anyone serving overseas in our military to please stand. Ginger said she debated on standing or not but knew if I was there, I'd be standing (Because obviously John is overseas, not in Iraq or an extreme threatening country, but still), so she stood in his honor. Not only him, but because of him, we know a lot of his friends that are serving on deployment as well, Karl has been to Iraq and stayed there for like a month. So she said that they showed a video about a soilder coming back home from deployment and how the parents were so happy to see him and Ginger said she just started balling. She couldn't stop because she said that if anything really did happen to John or anyone else we knew, it would be devastating. She said she had to go to the bathroom to try and calm herself down and our Sunday School teacher followed her as well as a girl or two in our class and she ended up just having to leave service because she was so emotionally touched by the video and the thought of something happening. She called me on her way home crying right before I was going to work and I seriously thought she had been in an accident but just hearing her talk about it made me cry too. It's so weird because I was nothing like this like a year ago (well I guess more than that because I starting talking to John last October), I had no idea about anything to do with the military and knew almost no one doing service. John has had such a big impact on me just with him being in the military alone it's pretty amazing. I would never had thought I'd be so touched about something so little and how happy I could be by just putting a yellow ribbon magnet on my car that says, "Pray for our troops" and even more happier when I see other cars with it. I don't know, call me a military girlfriend dork, but thinking about how this impacts me is just unreal.

But anyway... I just had a break in class and I've spent so long on a computer its time for my last class to begin. Have a great week everyone :)

OH AND PS I GOT MY WARM FUZZY JACKET FROM A&F TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
