My microbial professor spent the last fifteen minutes of lecture teaching us how to make home brewed beer. So, I have the notes on it if anyone wants them. He said he wasn't talking about this cheap so called beer stuff they sell at the grocery store, but the real 'true' beer. He said if wine people could be all snobby by sloshing their glasses around and smelling the wine, why couldn't beer people. He said any good microbiologist should be an expert beer connoisseur as well...
