for anyone who is interested in going with me and eddie..(richard and brian this is mainly for you)...to see American Splendor..it will be playing at the Capri..Nov 5-13th.
In other news, I have been quite busy. I have so many great projects going on...I formed two new CHCA committees this week, one to pool resources for elderly/disabled individuals in our neighborhood to recieve free lawn care and simple house maintainance, and the other to form car pools to help the same individuals get to walmart, the grocery store, and their pharmacies. So i have been super busy contacting people, and writing a grant to the city for support. Besides the 80 plus doors i knocked on yesterday to get people registered for the program, only three said they needed the help, i have two papers to write, and i am extremely excited about writing both. The weather today is so perfect...i think i will go knock on another 100 or so doors this morning...i feel so good to be so active, nothing makes me happier than to be on the go and doing wonderful things...plus eating icecream sandwiches..i forgot how wonderful they are!
yay for the wonderful day i am going to have...walking around in the sunshine...i feel so youthful..and happy!
i am also interested in anyone who would like to have dinner with me later...and maybe be entertained with a movie...and a funny joke from the glowing peacock girl.
