I have made up the following flyer for casting a female role and i would like some female feedback about how appealing you think it might be to other females.

That's the idea! The only thing i was worried about (because i do not understand the female pshyche) is how many women think they are attractive?

I'd say chicks are 50/50 overall on whether they consider themselves attractive. Of course, only those who do are going to respond to this ad... and chicks who do generally fall into 2 categories:
1. They're wrong about being attractive (also, it's a totally subjective judgement call).
2. They're right, but have a massive and fragile ego that accompanies their looks that you will have to deal with.

So, any suggestions on how i modify this to pull in a larger percentage of actually attractive females?

Mmmmm, I think I might put the "Attractive Female" part in a smaller font, and perhaps add some other adjectives describing what you are looking for. Putting an 100% emphasis on looks vibes sketchiness. You want to come off professionally as possible if you want to actually get quality chicks to respond.

So how do i get the pretty ladies who are easy to work with... or is there such a thing?

Well yeah, there's such a thing. I guess you'll just have to sift through your applicants, and interview them carefully. I know I suck, but I can't really think of anything you could put in the ad that would make them more likely to call....Maybe you could put "Easy Going Attractive Female"? Bleh. Good luck.
