Up a bit...
In light of my last, really depressing journal entry... I got to share the bit of good news too.
Spoke with Mom's doctors today and they finally told me the result of the brain MRI she did... As of August 9th it's CLEAR! No signs of tumor, nothing new. Now because her type of cancer is still so unknown and unpredictable (as we learned in the course of 2 years) they are not sure if it had time to grow in 1 month.. but it's very unlikely. So that's good news. That's one bit of weight that's been lifted off my mind, although I don't want to get too excited. With my luck, if I get overly excited about one good news, something bad will soon fall and hit me over the head.
In any case, good news I like sharing...
But I still miss D... soooooo much!
If all goes well... *hope hope hope* it's 25 days till I am where I want to be... with D in Chicago.. and with our 3!!! casts. (2 of his and 1 mine) ...
