Just an FYI, Maxine shouldn't know anything beyond Sierra bearing a True Rune, much less that Sierra's a vampire. General canon information (or rather, what various characters would know through common knowledge or history texts) on her is non-existent. (There aren't any texts that mention her. Seriously.) Other than the events of Suiko II that she was directly involved in, the only canon information about her are things she told Nash in the Gaidens, and she's certainly not spreading that around.... And Maxine really shouldn't know about Sierra's vampirism being linked to the rune (in fact, I'd argue she shouldn't know about the vampirism at all, since it's not something she talks about openly.).
Maxine might be able to guess at Sierra's age, by cross-referencing things Sierra remembers with history texts, but she'd have to ask Sierra a lot of history related questions first, and even then, it wouldn't equate to knowing what Rune she has or what effect it has, only that she has one.
Now, if we had a Kahn in game, I'd buy Maxine knowing some more about Sierra, but we don't, so....
