It was the first time she decided that she didn't want anything unfortunate to happen to her brother.
b; Beatrice Baudelaire had often tried to do her daughter's hair, and no matter what she did the ribbons would slide out only seconds later. Finally, her mother slipped the ribbon from her own hair, and used it to tie the auburn locks out of her face once again.
It stayed.
