step 1) Wallpaper your entire hideout with aluminum foil. Rug the floors and cover the ceiling with it too.
step 2) fill a squirt gun with lemon juice and keep it handy at all times.
step 3) buy those nifty thermal undergarments, socks, and gloves with aluminum threading in them. THEY say it's for heat retention in winter, but I have it on good authority that the folks who produce these items know the enemy.
step 4) watch out for your shadow. the bastids keep trying to cut mine away from my feet. I don't know what would happen if I lost my shadow, but I bet it can't be good.
step 5) Never take just 5 steps.
step 6) Get a cat. It may be a problem to keep it seperated from Fillmore, but you can't ask for a better guard than a cat. If you can completely win it's trust, it'll also make a handy ally.

Thank you for your invaluable advice comrade Zod. Seeing that you face similar perils, I must warn you; a transmitter device may have been planted in your skull by our enemies. It can be destryoud using short bursts of electrical current (50,000 volts). I would advise against surgical removal.

That might explain the "anomaly" that was found on a dental x-ray of mine several years ago. A strange-shaped, smallish, dark mark located on the left side of my lower jaw in the image. I thought the 'object' to be too small to worry about. To think I've been walking around with a 'tag' all this time. Thanx for the information, I'll take immediate steps to render the device useless.
