I fear his public education just isn't doing the trick. And how is it that this little schmuck has had more girlfriends in his 13 years of life than I've had in 20? Oui vey. What is this world coming to? Hey, he does have that fishing quote in there, and I'm about 95% sure that he gets the gist of what it's saying... although he probably doesn't have the capacity to apply it to the real world, but hey, it's something.
