So, it's that time of the month. As I've mentioned before, that means that I'm in pain, irritable, angry, suicidal, etc. just...absolutely a mess, really. This time hasn't been any different...until now.
I decided, that since I wasn't doing well at the healthy eating and excersizing, that I would try hypnosis. I knew I had a lot of baggage that was affecting me, and I hoped this might help. I can say right now, after having done this once...I think it will work, I really do.
But most importantly...I'm not stressed. I'm not upset, or angry, or tense...I'm not in pain. It's been about half an hour since I finished the hypnosis, so I'm slowly becoming a little more...aware? But I'm still just...amazingly relaxed, and calm. I actually feel like I'm at peace. I haven't felt that in...so long. Even if this doesn't work for weight loss, it's worth it for this calm I feel. I just downloaded one for pure relaxation, and one to stop smoking - I don't have time to do them now, but I definitely will, hopefully later today. (Takes about thirty minutes.)
So...I guess what I'm saying, is I feel amazing right now...and I think anyone who's stressed, or has an issue they want to work out, should try this. At least once - it's just thirty minutes of your time, after all. I wish I hadn't put it off so long.
