I'm about halfway through this book I borrowed. It's called "Slow Death" by Jim Fielder. They did this whole thing about the book on Montel Williams but since it was so graphic and horrifying he didn't give much detail about it. So far it's pretty sick and twisted so I thought some of you here may find reading this enjoyable.
I'll give a lil info on what it's about from the back of the book. "Beside New Mexico's Elephant Butte Lake stood a windowless trailer which owner David Parker Ray, 59, and his girlfriend Cynthia Hendy, 39, called the Toybox. A $100,000 homemade torture chamber, it was equipped with whips, chains, pulleys, straps, clamps, leg spreader bars, and surgical blades and saws. A camcorder stood next to the leather-padded torture table--set up for making "snuff" videos--while a ceiling-mounted video monitor allowed female victims to see every excruciating detail of the agonies inflicted on them by their captors. Satanist Ray was the center of a web of sadism, sex slavery and murder. His disciple, drifter Dennis Roy Yancy, confessed to strangling to death Marie Parker, 22, while Ray took photos. Ray's daughter Jesse, 31, was convicted of helping her father kidnap and torutre Kelli Van Cleve, 22. Cynthia Hendy told authorities that Ray had killed 14 women. Police believe that he may have slain more than 60. On September 20, 2001, Ray was sentenced to 224 years in prison."
He's supposed to be the sickest serial torture-slayer ever to stalk the Southwest
