Welcoming Back The Astronats

I love traveling, it's like a small escape from the boring and monotonous routine of every day life. For quite the same reasons I love going home for break and coming back for a new semester. The start of the semester is my favorite part of school because there isn't much to be expected from you, and every subject is new and fresh and at least marginally interesting.

My classes would seem more challenging if I were taking more credits, but I have more time to devote to them now which is great. Math and Religion would definitely be more challenging if I had less time. I'm only carrying 16 credits which seems like very little, but was not as little as I was expecting. Math is quite frusterating because my Prof. doesn't teach you what to do before she assigns things... it's do it, then be taught how to do what you spent a ton of time unsuccessfully trying to figure out how to do! Good thing I have a genius roomate and a genius Brother!

My Grandma is giving me her car. So for the first time in my whole life I will have my very own car. This also means that I need to get a job, but first I will soak in the idea of having my very own car... PS: It's a 97 Mazda with 27,000 miles on it pretty nice right?

Hillary Clinton is in the running for the 2008 election... I don't know exactly what to make of that.

Last night I went to Jason's grandma's house... which is always an experience and Joel, Janice, Jason, and I went to a Jamboree. It was a good time, Joel knew about half the songs they played and was singing along. I think next time we go, Jason and Joel should bring their instruments and play along! I <3 Bluegrass

I just made my self coffee and it's super strong. It's stronger than my Grandma's coffee and the coffee in spain put together. I was trying to make it stronger because I'm used to spain coffee.... but this is intense!
