And a huge sigh of relief. Ever since the end of last semester I have not wanted to touch my viola, or look at it, or even think about it. I'm still not exactly sure why that happened. Recently I've been wanting to practice but I don't have the time, or my wrist hurts. Today I fixed one tiny thing in my bow arm and my wrist instantly felt better. Crazy. And I practiced at like 10 at night, on a friday night, and no one was there to distract me. It was just me and my viola, without any wrist pain. I loved it. I got so much done. I'm so glad to be back in the groove.
