ooc: So Soubi and Ritsuka are living in community housing 1! Feel free to have seen the weird couple pair, around :]. Because its not strange at all that Ritsuka is 12 and has cat ears, and is living with a 20 year old, no siree :P Also, since Ritsuka probably doesn't let Soubi smoke in the apartment, also feel free to complain about smokin in the halls, because that's prolly where Soubi goes to smoke :P.
