We came, we saw...we got wristbands
hey all; i'm back from Canadian Idol! One: i didn't sleep there. Two: Christine came with me, thank God! Three: no, i didn't get to sing yet. IMAGINE it only took one day! however, when we did get there (at about 8:15 in the morning; i am SO proud of myself for managing not to get lost on the way there! on the way back is a different story...lol), the line for wristbands was pretty friggin short & moved quickly, and then there was a medium-sixed crowd in the convention centre, and those people were all auditioning that day. so it was pretty good! took us only about 15 minutes to actually go through the process of waiting and such!
so, i'm auditioning for sure tomorrow. should be fun! anyone free then? u can always come down to the convention centre in the morning if you are; we're probably gonna be there around 8am, maybe 9, and depending on how many ppl are there, i might not actually get to perform for awhile...ok, ok, i'm not actually expecting you to wake up that early to drag your asses down here lol, but if you have nothing better to do, and happen to be up at 8am for whatever twisted reason, come on down! :)

p.s. oh! and most likely i'll be doing an alicia keys song....apparently she's one of the most sung artists by Canadian Idol ppl, but whatever. Not everyone can sing it RIGHT. ;) (haha, i just hope i'm actually one of the ones that CAN!) ok, later!
