.aren't i the little wanna-be housewife today?.
i've actually gotten alot accomplished today.
i got online this morning and updated my resume on some jobsites and put in a few apps. didn't have much luck so i took a break.
then i put in a load of laundry. i picked up my room a bit and sprinkled that smell-good carpet stuff and vaccumed. but i broke the damn vaccum after i finished my room. the damned thing got possessed and quit on me for no reason. my dad and i couldn't figure out what the hell happened. damned vaccum daemons. *shrugs* (so much for being a GOOD housewife. haha!!) but i still hadn't finished vaccuming the loft, so i had to get out the hand-held-vac and finish with that. damn that part wore my ass out. finished that, put the clothes in the dryer.
i just got done posting more resumes and have finished that for the day.
now i'm bored.
i figure i'll get my clothes, put them up, hop in the shower, go get some smokes for me and jeff. (if i'm out, i know he is.) then i'll see about going to the dollar store to get him a couple of knee braces... his knees were killing him after saturday's t-ball practice. i'm also gonna pick up some orange cones there to mark off where the parents should stay. (they were getting in the way of them coaching the other day. the kids weren't paying as much attention as they could/should.)
hopefully by the time i'm done with all that, jeff will call and he'll be off work. *deep sigh*
so far so good with keeping myself busy.
wish i had some money so i could surprise him with the new metallica album (even though i know it's not nearly as good as the others)... and at the same time pick up my new Type O album. but, eh. maybe next week i can. my dad's gonna pay for the tickets to texas motor speedway for the monster truck show, so that'll leave $50 for me... but i'll probably end up hanging onto that. damn i really want to treat myself. it's been so long.
