i'm in a SERIOUS cooking mood. :D
i'm on the hunt for the PERFECT stuffed mushroom recipe... i'm craving them hardcore. i'm also looking for a damn good chicken fettucini recipe... i've already found the recipe for those cheddar bay biscuits from red lobster. YUM!!! hey, we can't afford red lobster or olive garden right now, so i'm gonna TRY to bring a lil of both to us. *BIG grin*
jeff called about an hour ago. he's in decatur (about an hour away) and he's eager to get off work and spend time together. i know i sure miss him. i just hope i can find these recipes in time and make this dinner perfect for him. i wanna show him that i CAN cook. :) (besides my spaghetti and the poor peoples food that i've perfected. hahahaha)
