Just call it Organic Overpriced Foods
Why not just call Whole Foods The Organic Overpriced store? I went in there today to get some fresh Miso salad dressing. They stopped making it. A tour through the rest of the store led to lots of label reading. Every item on the label has the word ORGANIC in front of it. Jeez.
Why don't you just put a section in the store for things that are NOT ORGANIC and be done with it.
It seems that stores like this prey on people's health insecurities by stocking only organic foods, and raising the price to something ridiculous.
AND I checked for fresh squeezed juice. Yup, but it's a dollar more than Publix. And it's the ONLY fresh squeezed juice in the store. Everything else is pasteurized. or "gently" pasteurized. Still trying to figure out how you gently pasteurize anything. boiling is boiling.
