Now I Have Time...
So now that I'm rested up some I can tell the tale of yesterday. It was initally supposed to be just another doctors appointment but after having one last ultra sound they noticed that Wyatt was probably going to have too large of a head for me to deliver normally. So after some consulting with my OB we decided a C section would be the best route to take.
So immed. after the appointment since we were already at Celebration Hospital and my blood pressure was a tad bit high we went up to the 4th floor and I was preped for a selective c section. Around 5 o'clock they took me back to the OR and started the ansthesia. With Jake there helping me, our little one was a little stubborn coming out. The head was so big, the doctor had to cut the incision a little larger so he could fit. Wyatt popped out at 5:37 pm and was 8 lbs. 10 oz. His score was 9 out of 10, 10 being perfect. Last night was busy, but he ate a lot and slept thru the night. Jake stayed up most of the night with him so i could sleep. Jake finally fell asleep around 5:30am and had to get up at 7:15 with all the doctors, nurses, and such visiting and checking on me and Wyatt.
