Hello everyone!
How's everyone's summer going?
Mine has been unravelling quite nicely.
It has had slow spots, fast spots, but a lot of enjoyable spots!
I went to the beach last week on Wednesday, it was HEAPS of fun!!!
Not having Josh around for the summer has been pretty rough at times, especially in the beginning, but slowly, week by week, it gets a little easier.
Maybe because of the number of events building up as the summer goes along.. A.K.A Me and my family trying to cram as much as we can into the weeks before the summer is over!!!
Alas, I have SO much respect for my man because he has just stuck it out every week and poured out his heart and soul for these kids! He has been extremely exhausted, but continues to ask the Lord for strength. It's inspiring!
I'm traveling to Newmarket on the weekend to go for a 'staff weekend' with Josh! I'm REALLY excited but also a bit nervous to meet all the camp staff! I think it should be fun! We leave Friday night and come home on Saturday. Sleeeepover tingz!!!
Summer Soulhouse has been nothing short of amazing. Week by week, the numbers are growing and the power of God is being felt! I've loved every minute of it!
On a more serious note...
WHYYYY WON'T YOU TALK TO ME!?
I am SO exhausted and sick of running after you EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS HAPPENS.
Get over this, get over yourself, suck it up, and TALK TO ME.
I REALIZE that I am not a good communicator! I KNOW.
But YOU need to make an EFFORT. FOR ONCE. PLEASE.
Do I a)take the EASY way out and forget you forever?
or b)ask you for forgiveness for a reason that I am unaware of!? AGAIN!
