I feel very sick. I was in bed all day. I was going to go buy new clothes with the gift certificate the parents got me for the mall, but instead I snuggled up in bed and watched tv.
Also practiced piano. Must remember to practice solo for Individual Events drama competition.
You know what I don't like about Ms. Kribbs?
She's making us perform our pieces for competition in front of OTHER STUDENTS! and not just anytime... before school and during lunch! omg. no. way.
Have you seen how immature some of these kids in school are? If I burst out singing in the courtyard, they'll probably throw food at me. It won't have to do with whether I'm good or not, they are just mostly butts.
on a happier note, I got a bunch of great loot for christmas. My favorites are the Michael Bublé CD from the parents, Sound of Music DVD from Liz, Grecian bracelet bought in the Plaka from Aunt Kath, magnetic bracelet from Kelsey, and boooooooooks from the parents, including A Christmas Carol, Don Quixote, and In Cold Blood by Truman Capote.
Then traveled to the cousins in Weston.
DDR IS THE BEST! At my cousins' house, I tried Captain Jack on Light... omg I died. And Butterfly... oh god. I can do that one by Sean Paul (and also I Will Survive) on Light and get A+. Hopefully I'll do it on standard sometime soon.
We're getting a high-def TV.. finally! Oh and I may apply for a job at Calistoga soon. My funds have run dry.
Sound of Music tryouts coming up!!!! Can't wait. Rest of you who are not "singing inclined", join the PIT orchestra.
Have been writing emails to Rodney... man I miss that kid.
Oh and Sam has been let out of her house!!!!!!
