I don't know who this lady is, she was just sitting in my files. As for the Greenlander, it is quite a thought that if one were born as a male into such a such a society in earlier times, it would have been a regular and accepted matter that one would have to learn how to kill polar bears with a bow and arrow!

I wonder how much practice / training went into "learning how to properly kill a polar bear". If you wound that thing, you're dead. The native Greenlander would have to be able to quickly disable and kill that bear.

I heard a rumor that supposedly an experienced Native American bowperson could get off one arrow every six seconds....
