I have a story on this picture above. I was wondering why Grandma's school looked so ramshackle, and Mom told me why: this picture was taken in a temporary classroom hastily thrown together because her school had just collapsed in the 1933 Long Beach earthquake a few weeks before. So there you go. A little LA history.

I will keep working on this album tonight. The next album will be tough, I noticed there's a lot more glue. I might try the water method on a page that has only landscapes and no family and see what that does. I'll let you know.
